Training & Placement Program
Eligibility
Deaf candidates (minimum 8th class pass) in need of employment and willing to work.
Open to both female and male candidates.
Training & Certification
Free of cost.
Affiliated with NSDC & DEPwD.
Government-paid stipend and travel allowance during training.
Training Location & Duration
National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID), Noida – 1 month.
On-the-Job Training Location & Duration
Gurugram, Haryana – 2 months.
Job Assurance
Guaranteed placement upon successful completion of training.

Remuneration
Starting salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
Salary increase based on performance within the first year.
Employment Benefits
Travel allowance and food during shift hours.

Government Scheme Benefits (Directly Paid to Candidates)
Stipend during training
₹5,000 total (₹1,000 in first month of training + ₹4,000 at completion).
Travel allowance during training
₹1,000 per month – candidates from the same district.
₹1,500 per month – candidates from different districts.
Allowance after placement
₹3,000 for 2 months – candidates from the same district.
​₹3,000 for 4 months – candidates from different districts within the same state.
₹3,000 for 6 months – candidates from other states.
